Our Casted Pu compound
For all our standard cups in polyurethane a high grade compound is used that is specially tested to meet the requirement for high quality vacuum cups. For any special requirement we should also be able to provide FDA approved compound in collaboration with our customers. Wide range of hardness from 30 up to 75 shores A available. For bigger volumes we can also provide our CombiFlex cups in your own company color. We always welcome your inquiries for your customized vacuum cups previously made from any polymeric materials and turn into high wear and tear resistant PU vacuum cups at a reasonable price. Low tools cost as well as short delivery time for new project.

All Flexy vacuum cups are made in a high-grade compound from well-known, reputable compound suppliers and are produced by professional manufacturers in close co-operation/partnership with Flexy Vacuum Cups. Every PU cup is checked individually for hardness, air bubbles and cracks etc. We will do our best to serve and assist you in a personal and professional way. Free samples can be sent for test of your application. We will also quote you our best possible prices.

Sales Condition
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
All new customers 50% advance T/T transfer payment before shipment with balance 30 days net.
DELIVERY:
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Flexy Vacuum Cups will not take any responsibility for any possible direct and indirect damages due to late delivery.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
Vacuum cups will be packed in trays as per order information under FLEXY standard cups. Minimum order (pcs) for each article number is a complete tray. For any other volume, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY:
All shortages must be reported within 10 days. A 10% restocking fee will be made on all authorized returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of the goods.
PACKING:
Packing will be in Flexy’s standard trays/boxes without extra charges. In case you ask for different packing (not standard), we will debit you with extra costs.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPMENT:
Shipment conditions of the goods are ex-works. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements with its forwarder for insurance, export clearance and handling and all other paperwork. Any damage or delay during transportation will be at the buyer’s risk.
PRICES:
Prices can be modified according to market conditions, a rise in the price of raw materials, differences in currency exchange rates and labor without prior notice.
STORAGE OF PU CUPS:
We recommend storing polyurethane vacuum cups in a dark room at room temperature.
